Terms of Service

Effective October 14, 2026

These Terms govern access to the Trakxa website, Consulting Workspace, and Consultant Field application made available by Trakxa platform operator.

Accounts and authorized access

Access to protected workspaces is provided to authorized users of participating consulting organizations. You must provide accurate contact information, protect access to your email and phone, and not share verification codes. Account credentials and access rights must not be used by anyone else.

Permitted use

Use Trakxa only for lawful professional activities and within your organization’s authorization. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, scrape protected data, or upload material you lack permission to process.

Organization content and responsibilities

Organizations and their authorized users retain their applicable rights in content submitted to Trakxa. They are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, permissions, and confidentiality requirements of their content, including client data and sensitive documentation.

Service availability and changes

We may update features, deploy fixes, suspend access to protect the service, and change functionality from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free results.

Fees and subscriptions

If paid subscriptions or services are enabled, applicable fees, renewal terms, cancellations, and billing responsibilities are governed by the organization’s order, subscription terms, and checkout disclosures. Deleting an individual user account does not automatically cancel an organization subscription.

No professional advice

Trakxa is a workflow and recordkeeping tool. It does not itself provide legal, financial, engineering, clinical, or other regulated professional advice. Users remain responsible for professional judgments and outputs.

Termination and deletion

Organizations may change or terminate user access. You may request deletion of your Trakxa account through our account deletion page, subject to necessary verification and applicable retention obligations.

Limitations and applicable law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of fitness for a particular result. Any additional warranty, liability allocation, or governing-law provisions agreed in a signed business agreement control for that organization.
