Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Trakxa account and associated personal data here, even if you no longer have the app installed.

What happens next

We verify account ownership, assess records that your consulting organization controls, and delete or de-identify account information that we are not required to retain. Records that must be maintained for legitimate legal, billing, security, or contractual reasons may be retained and restricted. If necessary, we'll contact you to complete verification.

Organization subscriptions: Deleting your individual access does not cancel an organization's paid subscription. Contact the organization administrator about billing cancellation.
