Trakxa is a hosted consulting operations platform operated by Trakxa platform operator. This policy explains how Trakxa handles personal information when you visit our website, use the Consulting Workspace, or use the Consultant Field application.

Depending on your access and activities, we collect your name, work email, phone number, account and workspace membership information, login verification events, device and browser information, support communications, and actions within the platform. Consulting organizations may upload client records, assessments, observations, supporting documents, photographs, signatures, and project deliverables.

How we use information

We use information to provide secure sign-in, identify authorized members, operate consulting and field workflows, deliver requested communications, support customers, prevent misuse, fulfill contractual obligations, and maintain service reliability.

Business and client data

Organizations using Trakxa may control information they enter about their clients, participants, workers, and engagements. Authorized administrators determine team access and may have separate responsibilities for notices and permissions. We process this information to provide services on their behalf.

Third-party service providers

We use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, data storage, email, SMS verification, payments where enabled, and service operations. These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services and are subject to their own applicable policies and contractual safeguards.

Data retention and security

We retain account and workspace records while necessary to provide services, fulfill contracts, investigate security incidents, or meet legal requirements. We use access controls, encrypted connections, and time-limited verification codes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may contact your workspace administrator about organization-controlled records, or contact Trakxa regarding your account information. To request account deletion, use our account deletion page. Some records may need to be preserved for legal, contractual, billing, or legitimate security purposes; requests involving organization-owned content may require review with the organization.

International users and updates

Data may be processed in the United States or locations used by our service providers. Where applicable, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. We may update this policy and will post the updated effective date here.
