Need help signing in, joining a consulting workspace, using the Field App, or managing records? Our support team can assist.

Contact support

Email support@trakxa.com. Include the workspace name, a description of the issue, and the device or browser you are using. Do not include verification codes or sensitive client data in your support email.

Sign-in help

Trakxa signs you in with a time-limited verification code sent to the email address or phone number recorded on your existing account. Ask your organization administrator to update incorrect contact details. Codes expire after 10 minutes.

Organization access

Your consulting organization controls invitations and permissions. Contact its administrator to request membership or changes to your assigned access.
